Gamegadget will not release personal telephone or address details to any third parties, except in the following situations:

• If required by a courier delivery agent in order to contact you regarding your delivery
• Required by our merchant bank card processor to verify credit and debit card authenticity
• As required by law and requested by the court

We will also ensure that any ex-directory numbers given are not used in any further correspondence.
